spent sunday with my family. spent valentine’s day making dumb jokes at work and night with my best friend. need more time like that and less everything else.
one week with zero cigarettes! trying to stay positive since most everything else in my life is very annoying.
i must have smoked way too much weed for this tales from the crypt episode to be so damn scary.
so mad. i hate disappointment. going to continue hiding out. fuming.
day 4 with zero cigarettes. talked to my uncle who said to just never take another drag. fuck. trying to start running butmy asthma is still bad. this is going to be a slow process. patience.
